1. Ordering and price
NavTech is a one-time purchase. The package price is between USD 150 and USD 500 and is set according to your requirements. You first send your requirements by e-mail (or through the website forms), and we reply by e-mail with your package price.
2. Payment and delivery
Pay as shown in your quotation. After we confirm your payment, we e-mail you the NavTech software, the installation guide and your vessel keys.
3. Software licence
- The licence is granted to one company: the company named in your order.
- It covers only the number of vessels stated in your quotation. Using NavTech on more vessels requires a new or extended package.
- You may not resell NavTech, or give, rent or distribute copies of the software, the Shore Server or your vessel keys to other companies or persons.
4. Guidance and improvements (monthly plan)
Customers who need ongoing guidance or improvements take a monthly plan of USD 20 to USD 50, according to the plan agreed with them.
5. Onboard and office installation and support
- The charge is USD 50 per day for both technicians together.
- Installation takes a minimum of 2 days.
- If our technicians must also help with items and data that the buyer should provide (for example equipment lists, job lists, certificates and other data), extra days are added for that assistance.
- The buyer pays all additional costs for the two technicians: visas, air tickets, accommodation and all other expenses.
- Dates and the number of days are confirmed in your quotation.
6. Refund policy
- You may request a refund within 30 days.
- The refund is granted when you show a valid reason and can prove it, for example with a description of the problem, screenshots or files.
- To request one, e-mail lmadanayake@gmail.com with your order details, the reason and your proof.
- We review your request and tell you our decision by e-mail. Approved refunds are paid back to you.
- Not refundable: monthly support (guidance and improvements) fees, and on-site services that have already been delivered.
